Have you ever wondered how the State Legislature works? Are you
interested in making a difference but don't know how? Would you like
to learn more about how the Legislature's decisions impact
neighborhoods? Find answers to these questions and more at the
Phoenix Neighborhood Legislative Workshop.

Come learn how a bill becomes law, how to track bills as they move
through the State Legislature, ways to effectively communicate with
legislators, and techniques used by professional lobbyists to
influence legislation.

Please take a moment to go to our website at
http://www.phoenix.gov/intergov/, click on Neighborhood Legislative
Workshop or call 602-256-4257 to let us know you are planning to
attend the Phoenix Neighborhood Legislative Workshop on October 23.
The event is free, but registration is requested.

Or email questions to igp.mgr at phoenix.gov

Join the city's professional legislative liaisons and members of the
Arizona State Legislature for an informative evening about our State
Legislature.
