Graffiti at Oak & 20th Streets

I need your help in stopping graffiti!

20th Street and Oak has long suffered the ugly nuisance of graffiti  
at the entrance ramp for the Hwy 51 pedestrian crossover. Over the  
past year Graffiti Busters has repeatedly painted it over, and this  
week I picked up paint from Graffiti Busters and painted it over today!

The tag is "22ST YOUNGSTER" and "ES."

Does anyone have information on who this might be?

I am coordinating a project with Community Action Officer Julie Smith  
along with Central City Precinct. Since this may be gang related, we  
may contact Vice, which has its own gang squad.
