Do you know if Rick installs gas lines?

Or, does anyone know a contractor who can install a gas line?

Thank you,
Aaron

Hi All,

I had a really bad experience with a contractor getting a garage built last
year. He left the job when it was only 80% done and then claimed
bankruptcy...he was licensed, and so I have been tied up in a bureaucratic
mess for the last 9 months trying to get the ROC to cover the project and
release the funds for me to hire a contractor to finish the work. Now that
I have an order form the bankruptcy judge allowing me to continue my ROC
claim, I need to get this finished.

I need help with a couple things if anyone has any recommendations or if
anyone IS a contractor...I know alot of people in the neighborhood have
remodeling work done so I figured this is a good place to ask..

1. Need a contractor who can come and provide an estimate for finishing the
work. I have 2 estimates and need to get another one (has to be from a
licensed contractor). I'm also willing to pay for the estimate if
necessary.

2. Need a contractor to actually do the work - this can be a licensed or
non-licensed contractor. I need tile work on a stairway, stucco repair,
painting, molding work, and a scupper replaced - all on a free standing
garage. I also need my pool plaster cleaned since the last contractor left
nails in the pool.

3. Other projects - I'm also looking for contractors to replace a pool deck
(concrete), do a major landscaping overhaul, and replace windows. I'd like
to start these projects in the fall, but having a very hard time finding
contractors who need work!

Thanks!
Jerry
