My reply to the Prop 207 question

For some reason it's been almost 2 hours now and I haven't seen my reply to 
Jody on the Prop 207 topic. My other two e-mails, which I wrote after, have 
come through but not that one.

If it doesn't go through and you're interested in reading my thoughts on 207
