Prop 300

I've been researching the props that I hadn't already heard about (because I 
finally found a list of props) and wanted to also share that I will be 
voting NO on prop 300 because it states that illegal immigrants, even though 
they live in the state, would not be elligible for in-state tuition in 
Arizona schools. I realize they're trying to make it as uncomfortable as 
possible for the illegal immigrants, and I don't want to get into a heated 
discussion about whether they should or shouldn't be here, but de we really 
want to limit their abilities to learn??
