I had put in my first post that the shooter actually lived there in those apts This is how they got a description, and yes, the truck that my fiancé and the other witnesses saw the shooter leave in was a green F150.

Maybe the victim knew the shooter - so they might actually know who they are looking for. I would hope it just wasn't another ramdom shooter.
