I don't know where they are getting their information, but this morning KPHO 
(channel 5) reported this on their website:

"PHOENIX -- Phoenix police are on the lookout for the suspect in a deadly 
shooting that happened Sunday at an apartment complex near 12th Street and 
Thomas Road.

Officers were called to the scene just before 6 p.m. and said the victim had 
been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses said the suspect, 32-year-old Rodolfo Bernal-Hernandez, took off 
in a green 2001 Ford F-150 extended-cab pickup."

Until I found this I had heard that no one got a good description of the 
shooter and all that was seen was the truck.

Hi,
   I'm on the phone with central city precinct now. Apparently, the 
(shooting) homicide suspect is still on the loose. I'm on hold, waiting for 
any additional info.....
   It's been extremely difficult to reach anyone there today (holiday) - 
very troubling

   OK here's what little I could get today:
   Incident #: 6167 8973
   19 officers responded - the suspect was not caught
   a lead officer is not listed yet on the initial report. No suspect 
description is available yet
   if we call tomorrow, they should be able to give us more info - or at 
least put us in contact with the officer that will be the lead for this 
investigation (there should be one assigned in the morning).

news teams and crime scene tape and wondered what was up. We missed the news 
last night, and haven't heard any details. So who shot who and why?
