possible hot wire

Helloo,

According to an elderly gentleman who appeared to be dumpster diving in the
alley behind Dayton, there is a live electrical wire dangling close to the
ground behind 1815 N. Dayton. He says he's a retired electrician, and
sounded like he knew what he was talking about and that someone should call
and report it. I'll give APS a call, as I am guessing that would be who to
call.

Also, while riding my bike down alleys looking for my friend's dog, I came
across a twin size mattress complete with filthy sheets and bedding shoved
up under the oleanders in the alley just west of 8th St. and north of Palm
Lane. It looked obvious to me that someone lives there, and the trash around
that alley is just disgusting. Who can I call for that?
