Midtown Messenger/Round-a-bout article

For those of you who get the Midtown Messenger, a downtown publication for
Historic Neighborhood Issues, there is an article about out round-a-bout.
Copies can be found at the Sunshine Market, and around downtown

 

It is interesting reading in a newspaper that supports the historic
neighborhoods and their efforts in preservation and renovation. David Tell
was kind enough to bring the "demonstration project" to the attention of the
historic districts and its point of neighborhood involvement in the
