Police action in neighborhood?

I was wondering if anyone knows what was going on yesterday afternoon 
(around 4-5pm) at Palm ln and either 10th street or Mitchell (I can't 
remember exactly which street). There were about 8-9 squad cars parked on 
both streets and up the alley behind what my sister thought to be a vacant 
house (though I never saw the condition of the house myself).

I was just curious.
