Any rentals in Oct? (dog friendly)

Hi All,
   
  I'll be looking for a rental or shared space in October. I'd prefer a studio 1BDRM or a share 2BDRM with a fenced yard for my dog. I'm currently in a shared 2BDRM on Palm Lane for $1000/mo ($500/ea.). I've been renting in Coronado for 5 years now. Please let me know if anyone has a dog friendly arrangement available then. 
  - 6 month lease would be best for me, but I would also consider 1 year in necessary.
