garbage

Hey Damon - Tongue in cheek acknowledged. I get my share of homework
assignments too. Which puzzles me: if I had done work as poor as most of
what shows up in my yard, I would make an effort to throw it away in the
trash, where hopefully no-one could see what an idiot had done the work.
I'm occasionally tempted to correct them and send them back to the school.

But on a more serious note, trash really is like dogs marking: If you leave
it in place, it attracts more of the same. Clean it up when it happens and
you cut down on the recurrence.

Maybe we should talk to North High about a student trash patrol. Perhaps we
could get some peer pressure going if they have to clean up after each
other.

Thanks,

Tyler

That's a great idea, especially since school starts next week. Any needing
a daily "feel good" shot in the arm, is welcome to stroll by my house on any
given school day and take your pick from Wendy's bags, bottles of Sprite,
crumpled up homework assignments and, as a reward, you can take home as many
tennis balls as you can carry!

(this message was meant to be totally tongue in cheek....but seriously,
you're welcome anytime!)

Damon
