Asphalt overlay

Howdy all:

I had a phone call from Olga with the City today.  We had a bad cell
connection, but the gist of it is that the City is doing asphalt overlay
from McDowell to Oak and 12th to 15th.  So if you see crews, that's what it
is.  I think.
