FW:12th Oak traffic circle sign changes

Word from the street is that the stop signs are gone at the east-west
approaches on Oak, and have been replaced with yield signs. The circle is
now a 4-way yield intersection. (Why they waited so long to make that
signage change is beyond me, but now's the time to start driving the circle
("modern roundabout") correctly.)

The simple rule: look to the left before entering and yield to any car (or
bicycle) that is in the roundabout.

ADOT will do a brief How to Drive a Modern Roundabout presentation at the
August 3rd general GCNA meeting, 7pm, Emerson School media room, Palm and
10th. Until then, drive safely!!
