Tuesday July 18 stranger begging for money on palm lane

Hey there is a strange guy walking around knocking on doors asking for money on Palm Ln, black male about  25-30 with blue t-shirt, blue shorts, gauze bandage on right hand broken teeth, about 5'8" short hair, no hat, about 150 -160lbs.     Be on the watch for him at about 7:45 he was been heading West on Palm ln towards Emerson school. Someone should call the police. I'm out of town (a friend checking on my house told me about it)
