When you say things like "we will go every length to make certain" and "first and foremost", and putting "accidentally damaged" in quotes like it may be a conspiracy, it just sounds a bit hyper reactive.  That's all I was trying to say.

  Thanks for the clarification, Pam.  I should have been more clear that I meant the building was "historic" with a little "h" rather than "Historic" with a big'un.

  And by the way, technically, that was not a historic building, as we in South Country Club Manor have not been designated Historic. We do, however, meet the age stipulations of 50 years or more.
