Clarification on 1220 E Edgemont

Jo, Pam, and others:

Just to clarify, neither I nor anyone else that I have heard from is jumping
to any conclusions whatsoever regarding what happened to this property.  I
believe if you re-read my original note you will discover that it dealt
entirely with facts.  

As far as "scrutinizing" the Foundation goes, GCNA by-laws state that it "is
organized for the purpose of preserving and improving the quality of life
associated with the residential characteristics of the community," and the
GCNA membership had expressed it's desire to preserve the building that has
now been knocked down.  So, yeah, I am going to scrutinize what they're
doing to make certain that the interests of the neighborhood are
represented.  I would be irresponsible were I to do otherwise.
