Coronado Roundabout

To Whom It May Concern,
    Has a completion date for our Roundabout in the Coronado Neighborhood
(specifically 12th Street & Oak) been established ?  It seems like
everything was going well and now all work has stopped.  If an unforseen
problem has occurred, can we please be informed as to what the problem is
and be kept updated on its progress ?  None of us have heard anything and
it's frustrating when there are so many curious neighbors asking questions
and no information to pass along.
