Oh, Wayne--I am so sorry --when I replied amen to the email about can't wait until it's finished--I wasn't being critical--just got back from a long trip and the person who picked me up from the airport brought me home via 12th and mentioned the round about--and we talked about how great it would be when it was done--whenI checked my email last night--was just continuing the thought.
You guys have done such a great job and I wouldn't ever want you to think i thought otherwise.

The delays were caused by the lack of co-ordination with the neighborhood
and the last minute revisions in the construction planning.  They need to
know. And they all need to know that each other is being notified.
