Dayton's Historic Lights

Follow-up to my e-mail.  I called APS today to report these, they said it
was indeed an APS issue and would replace "soon".

I was curious as to who replaces the burned out lights on Dayton Street, on
the West side of North High?  Is it APS?  I called in an outage on Sheridan
and APS fixed it, at the same time I mentioned Dayton's lights.  There are
now 3 out.  Any ideas- I'd be happy to call it in again.
