Bus benches

Who do we talk to about getting a bus bench put in on 12th street next to 
the park? My friend who just moved into the neighborhood has to take the 
12th street bus (north) to work every morning and she's not liking the 
standing in the sun for so long. She's less fond of sitting on the ground 
(especialy with the ants in the dirt and heat on the sidewalk). Anyhow, she 
was wondering how to go about getting a bench put in at the bus stop.
