12th and Oak update

I'd sure be signaling, as usual, so drivers entering the circle know that
you're continuing around or exiting.
According to the project manager, the construction company--Talis--is one
of the better ones. They had small conflicts with utilities (bluestake
marks not quite accurate) but they should be working today. They were ahead
of schedule, and are still on schedule to complete early July. They work
8:30-3:30 (or maybe earlier start in this heat) M-F.
