12th and Oak

How about when making a left turn or u-turn? Do you signal? It seems odd to
signal to the left and then merge to the right to get into the roundabout.
But then it seems wrong to not signal at all.

Once it's done, it will be a yield from all directions. Right now, they
still have the stop signs on Oak.
All the way around, is the right answer. I'm attaching the "how to" from
the drivers's manual. I don't know why their progress has slowed but I'll
see what I can find out. The estimated finish date is early July. Maureen
