There's a small house across the street from my sister that almost exactly
meets that description. We went to look at it for my friend, but they can't
afford to move until August and this guy wants someone a little sooner than
that.
The ad in the paper says: 7 St/Palm Ln. Remodeled 2 br, 1 ba, 800sf, w/d/r,
$700mo. Ed, 602-228-1039.
The adress is 2034 N. Richland. Pets allowed, small patio in the back, yard
in the front, patio in the back, private driveway.

Hello, all!
I'm gearing up to begin the interior renovation of the main house here (it
came with tenants; I live in the guest house). That means giving the
tenants
notice; I've asked them to be moved by the end of July, though I can be a
little flexible. They can also move earlier without any penalty.
They're accustomed to a 2-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow (about 820 square feet
including the utility room) in need of updating but in generally good shape,
for
$750 plus utilities per month. They don't need or use much by way of a
yard. They do have indoor cats, but you really wouldn't know it if you
walked
into the house, unless you saw them.
Yep, they keep the place very clean. They're quiet, they pay on time, and
they haven't caused me any headaches. If I didn't need to redo the
interior,
I'd keep them!
If you know of anything in or near the neighborhood that might suit them,
please let me know.
Thanks!
Darrin
