Accident at 16th street and Windsor

I was driving home just now (about 2am, Friday morning) and as I turned onto
Windsor from 16th street I noticed a large white SUV parked inside the
Surveyor shop on the corner. It actually took me a couple seconds to realize
that a garage wasn't in the original plans for the building. At first glance
it just struck me as odd.. then I realized why. I don't know how it got
there (aside from the obvious, driving into the wall) but the SUV had
managed to crash almost all the way into the surveyor shop, with only a
couple feet of the tail end sticking out of the brick wall. The airbags were
deployed and the glass broken but no one was in the car that I could see. I
drove down to the end of the block where there were at least 2 sheriffs
vehicles parked on 15th street at Windsor. I'm assuming whoever was in the
SUV had made it down the street on the run or something, but really your
guess is as good as mine as to what actually happened. Thought it something
worth reporting here anyway.
